studioDo는 텔 아비브를 자주 방문하는 가족을 위한 세컨 홀리데이 아파트로 MB 듀플렉스를 개발했습니다. 건축가들은 휴가지의 개념으로 리노베이션에 접근하여보다 역동적인 생활 방식, 휴식을 취하고 즐겁게 지내면서 지중해성 기후를 즐길 수있는 곳으로 안내합니다.

studioDo has designed ‘MB duplex’ as a two-level holiday apartment for a family that often visits tel aviv. the architects have approached the renovation with the concept of a holiday home as a place where one enjoys a more dynamic lifestyle, a place of leisure, where you can relax, entertain and enjoy the great mediterranean climate.

디자인 전략은 1층과 개방형 지붕수준의 좌석 공간에 역동적인 생활 및 수면 공간을 조성하는 것이 었습니다. 건축가는 다양한 시나리오에 맞게 조정할 수 있는 유연한 공간으로 낮은 수준을 설계했습니다. 고객이 자녀와 함께 여행 할 때 주 거실은 슬라이딩 음향 문을 사용하여 라운지와 추가 침실로 나눌 수 있습니다. 또한 입구 층에는 전용 욕실이 딸린 마스터 침실, 객실 및 공용 욕실이 있습니다.

the design strategy was to create a dynamic living and sleeping area on the first floor and an open plan leisure area on the rooftop level. the architects have designed the lower level as a flexible space that can adapt according to different scenarios. when the clients travel with their children, the main living area can be divided into a salon and an additional bedroom by a system of sliding sound-proof doors. in addition, the entrance level includes a master bedroom with a bathroom, guestroom and general bathroom.

고객의 바람은 가능한 지중해성 기후를 즐기는 것이 었습니다. 이런 이유 때문에 지붕은 열린 계획과 거대한 천장부터 바닥까지 내려 오는 창문이 도시를 내려다 보게 설계되었습니다. 그것은 큰 스테인레스 스틸 주방, 식사 공간, 오픈 생활 공간과 옥외 샤워가있는 옥상 정원으로 구성되어 있습니다.

the client’s desire was to enjoy the mediterranean climate as much as possible. for that reason, the rooftop was designed with an open plan, vast floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city. it comprises a large stainless steel kitchen, a dining area, an outdoor living space and an urban roof garden with an outdoor shower.

재료 팔레트는 큰 회색 석재 타일, 목재 및 검은색 금속으로 구성됩니다. 원래의 레이아웃은 완전히 변형되었습니다. 내부 벽은 공간을 열어 서부 노출의 자연광을 즐기기 위해 제거되었습니다. 이전에 두 개의 벽 사이에 숨겨져 있던 원래의 계단은 입구 층에서 윗층까지 이어지는 연한 검은색 금속으로 둘러싸여 있습니다. 디자인 컨셉의 일부로, 에어컨 파이프와 나무 슬라이딩 도어 레일이 열려 있습니다. 손으로 골라내는 인테리어에는 맞춤형 목공품, 고급 디자이너 가구, 빈티지 컬렉션 품목 및 현지 예술 작품이 포함되어 있습니다.

the material palette consists of large grey stone tiles, wood and black iron. the original layout was completely transformed: the interior walls were removed to open up the space and to enjoy the natural light of the western exposure. the original staircase, which was previously tucked between two walls, is now framed by a light black iron rail that leads from the entrance level to the top floor. as part of the design concept, the air conditioning pipe remained exposed, as well as the rails of the wooden sliding doors. the hand-picked interiors include a mix between custom-made carpentry, high-end designer furniture, collectors vintage items and a selection of local artworks.
